Service Description

The Ascent Forge is a curated leadership mastermind or thinking collective for emerging leaders. Leaders meet twice a month for 90 minutes of focused conversations, meaningful friendship and deep dive problem-solving, Sessions are carefully designed and expertly facilitated and you will be offered the opportunity to bring your most pressing issues to the group. In addition to problem-solving conversations, each Forge session will feature provocative and incisive reflection and will introduce a useful leadership framework or model. We will promote an action-orientation, supporting both short-term goal attainment and longer-term, more complex development and project work. You will learn and apply cutting edge tools to transform conceptual understanding into tangible results.​ We will maintain a psychologically generative climate ensuring that confidentiality and trust are built ,whilst at the same time ensuring that everyone feels challenged and supported as they stretch their leadership capacity, maximise their impact and take on issues that matter, For: Rising stars and emerging leaders ready to accelerate their impact, master team dynamics, and expand their leadership influence.
