Leader Forge is based on the character development process of Dungeons & Dragons and other similar role-playing games.

The process usually takes 3 hours but we can also tailor an enriched process and include Leader Forge as part of a longer term leader development initiative. The game itself is highly customisable and there are options for branding and personalisation.​
Leader Forge does not require participants to know each other or to work in the same environment, but it could equally be called "Team Forge". We've facilitated it for teams who do work together and they have found it to be a very effective way of strengthening their mutual understanding and team cohesion.​
