The month of August (Women's month in South Africa) is drawing to a close. As it does, I want to share this wonderful story.
I met Marie Moody 2 weeks ago at The Da Vinci Institute where I am busy completing a Masters degree. She has an amazing story. Kicked out of home at just 13 years of age by her father, with only a small suitcase of personal belongings, Marie was told to find a way to support herself because as a girl she was not worth educating.
This podcast is not brilliantly recorded and is a little long, but Marie's story is really worth listening to.
