This deeply enriching, unique and personalised gameful experience is a fun and engaging process for current and emerging leaders to frame their leadership brand. The game will help you to define a leadership identity that will enable you to immediately increase your impact, relevance and credibility.

Join the Game

Leader Forge is based on the character development process of Dungeons & Dragons and other similar role-playing games. You can choose from two different formats:

  • Online - 2 x 2 hour sessions on 2 consecutive days.

  • In-person - 1 x 3-hour session.
