At the 2025 IRMSA conference, Rory van der Merwe, Peter Cully and Janet du Preez (representing ACMP) hosted a short participative workshop, titled "From Disruption to Transformation: Leading People Through Change". The programme ran late and the discussion was curtailed as a result.
