Astute Practitioner Coaching is designed to guide and support you if you are a leader or people practitioner responsible for the design or implementation of people-focused strategies and interventions. The process is underpinned by the completion of a world-renowned strengths assessment and a leadership assessment. Coaching explores the impact of your strengths on the challenge or opportunity on which you choose to focus. The Astute Practitioner coach assists you to clarify and implement strategic objectives, understand and interpret people-related issues within the organisation and formulate appropriate responses, expand your people practitioner competence and develop and roll out interventions. The PLUS and COMPREHENSIVE options provide a more detailed strengths assessment and additional coaching sessions for more in depth understanding and consideration. The BASIC Astute Practitioner Coaching package includes: • World-renowned strengths assessment – reveals top 5 strengths. • Leadership assessment – reveals intra/ entrepreneurial strengths. • 6 coaching sessions focused on leadership development and business goals. The PLUS option adds: • A full 34 strengths report. • 2 additional coaching sessions focused on leadership development and business goals. The COMPREHENSIVE option adds: • 4 additional coaching sessions focused on leadership development and business goals. For a cheaper or less comprehensive package consider the Astute Teams BASIC or PLUS packages.
